TopAll is a rating of people that offer links to free services (such as
Free Center), or that provide an actual free service (like all of Free
Center's links). ONLY join if you can be categorized as such.
Joining is free and simple. You put a small clipping of HTML code on
your page, which lets users select a rating for your site and vote for it.
Your rating is based on what users rate you, and how many votes you get
(this is to prevent cheating).
TopAll isn't a canned script - it was custom programmed and tailored
for our site, and our purpose. TopAll isn't a ploy to get us more
traffic - the user is forwarded back to your site after they
vote. TopAll isn't just for big sites - it's for good sites.
Besides that, TopAll uses an extensive tracking system - it lets users
vote for each site ONCE a week, and that's it. If a user tries to vote
for a site twice, they're told that they can't.
